Visa on arrival Procedure
The procedure for Visa on Arrival is simple. The passengers will get a Passenger Arrival Card upon landing in Indonesia. The passenger arrival card needs to be filled before giving to the Passport Control. After submitting the required Visa Fee passengers will get the VoA and an entry stamp at the passport.
This Visa is initially valid for 30 days but you can get a 30-day extension if you wish to stay for a longer time. Visitors who are planning to stay longer can start their application at least 7 days before expiry of the Visa.
The cost of a visa extension is approximately $45 plus an additional Visa agent fee.
Social & Cultural Visa B-211 for Indian Citizens
Social & Tourist Visa B-211 is valid straightway for 60 days. B-211 can be extended up to 4 times for a stay of 30 days each. To apply for a social visa you need to have an invitation letter from an Indonesian resident.
This visa can only be applied from an Indonesian embassy abroad. Social Cultural Visa is issued to travelers who intend to visit Indonesia for short courses, meetings, sports activities, visiting family and other social activities.
The Social & Cultural Visa is a single entry visa. That means if you leave the country before Visa expiration you cannot use this Visa to come back. You have to use a new visa.
Holiday-longer than 60 days
Several options are there if you want to stay even longer than 60 days. As a tourist, you can leave Indonesia and enter the country again. Or you can discuss it with your Visa agent so that he may guide you for better options.
