Although people tend to visit regardless of any season, the best time to visit Delhi is from October to March. This is an ideal time to visit Delhi.
Delhi during Summer Season ( April to June )
Delhi is know for it’s hot and dry summers. The temperatures can range from 25 degrees Celsius to as high as 45 degree Celsius. This is not an ideal time to visit Delhi. However, if you do so please do bring lot of cotton clothes.
Delhi during Monsoon Season ( July to September )
This season is ideal for people who love to see a place in drenched state. The monsoon season is wet season. Therefore, don’t forget to bring an umbrella while visiting Delhi during this time. The temperature in this season is lower than the summer season.
Delhi during Autumn and Winter Season ( October to March )
This season is an ideal time to visit Delhi. The temperature has dropped further making Delhi very pleasant. People from all over India visit Delhi during this two seasons. With little woolen clothes the sun-bathed streets of Delhi can be quite pleasant during the winters. From my personal experience I can say that your Delhi trip can be really awesome during the autumn and winter time.
