South Beach, Miami

One of the best beaches I ever visited in the sunshine state is South Beach. South Beach is often referred to as the best beach in Florida. The beach stretches up along the Atlantic for miles and is perfect to spend a day under the sun. The South Beach neighborhood glitters with its legendary nightlife. In South Beach, you will get a chance to meet both domestic and international tourist.  What I liked about South Beach is a great energetic environment around the beach. This beach may seem a little crazy for eastern tourists. If you visit a group, I bet you will have tons of fun.

Hollywood Beach

Another famous Hollywood Beach that lies between Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach is Hollywood Beach. Voted as one of the best broad walk Hollywood beach broad walk stretches around 2.5 miles along the Atlantic Ocean.  The broad walk is in line with some of the best hotels and restaurants in South Florida. Hollywood Beach also offers dozens of luxury hotels and high-end condominiums. What I liked about this beach is the feeling and the air of opulence.

Fort Lauderdale Beach

One of the popular beaches near Miami is the Fort Lauderdale Beach. The beach has a long shoreline that covers a distance of around 7 miles along the Atlantic Ocean. This beach is crowded at certain points. Overall the beach is less crowded compared to other beaches near this area.  When we went there it was raining and we could not enjoy much at this beach location. The scenery is exotic and there are a lot of empty spaces if you want to spend some time in secluded bliss.

Smathers Beach, Key West

The Key West lies in the southernmost tip of the state of Florida. The Smathers beach is the largest of its kind in the area and can be reached from Key West International Airport. The Smathers beach is an awesome beach for families as the current never gets too strong here. Some of the most enjoyed activities in this area are the kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, etc.

Clearwater Beach

Clearwater Beach in Tampa Bay is one of my favorite beaches. What I like about this beach are the superfine white sand and the exotic scenery. The beach is filled with volleyball players, swimmers and tons of love birds.  Another thing I liked about the beach is the magnificent sunset. The seaside restaurants are fantastic and offer a variety of cuisines.

Palm Beach

Known for its opulence and beauty, Palm Beach is one of the pristine beaches in Florida.

Naples Beach

The Naples Municipal Beach and Fishing Pier are one of the popular attractions in Naples, Florida. The pier that was built in 1888 as a passenger and freight dock continues to be a community landmark. A ten-mile long beach is a great place for a nice outing.

Daytona Beach

Although the name sounds like a beach, Daytona Beach is actually a city.  The Daytona Beach has beaches that cover more than 20 miles of shoreline.

Jacksonville Beach

Jacksonville Beach offers a large stretch of gorgeous beaches. Jacksonville Beach mainly draws a lot of surfers because of some of the best waves in the region. Also, the beach is known for its sea dolphins. Devoting some time to the Jacksonville Beach is always a pleasant experience for the mind, body and the spirit.

St. Augustine Beach

The St. Augustine Beach is located in St. Johns County Florida. This beach is a great place for some quiet time. We visited the beach in the wee hours of the morning to get a glimpse of the magnificent sunrise. The beach side apartments near St. Augustine beach are pleasant. If you are an American and want to build a retirement home, St. Augustine Beach is a perfect location.
