They both serve significant needs- provide protein, fiber, and healthy fat.

Spicy foods

Spicy food may not be the one worthy of embrace if you so much as detest any slight discomfort. Just as much as people enjoy the spice, it is equally known that there is a chance of getting heartburn. Now, you do not even want to imagine a situation on the plane where you have to deal with heartburn.
